  • 17 – 21 September

What to Expect

Escape to a peaceful private chalet in Chamonix, tucked into the breathtaking French Alps. Over four nights, you’ll lean into nature, movement, coaching, and wellness — all while enjoying nourishing meals and meaningful connection.

Leading the retreat are exercise experts Sarah Newman (Get Me Back UK) and Steph Lightfoot (Cancer Coach.me), together with a caring team of professionals. You’ll also benefit from the culinary wisdom of Emma Lawrenson, nutritionally focused chef, to support your journey toward better fitness, balanced nutrition, and emotional recovery.

This intimate program is curated to help you reset your energy, restore inner balance, and build confidence. Importantly, you’ll be surrounded by fellow cancer survivors, making this a space for shared stories and mutual support. For full details, download our retreat brochure.
